Tonight, Ivo and I were setting up his bowling "animals" and knocking them down, and he said, "Look Mama! I am persisting! I couldn't do it, but I kept trying and I am persisting!" HUH? I asked him where he learned that word, and he looked at me, like, DUH! "Sesame Street!"
Then of course, I called John to tell him the story about using that word, and Ivo got on the phone and said, "Daddy, I am not WORRIED. I am not worried that you have been gone so long." John has been in Edinburgh and LA promoting the film.
WHAT?! This kid is like, unbelievable. Can not yet wipe his butt, but communicating on this level, it kind of blows my mind.
