We moved to Berkeley, where we can explore our nerdiness. Here we are at the Exploratorium. This place is great. It has EVERYTHING to do with science. Pretty cool. They have a machine that shoots a stream of air and you can balance a ball on it. Ivo was entranced, and went and got a ball from another exhibit to try it out.
However, the area in which Ivo has has been freaking us out the most is not his scientific mind, but his speech. He can TALK. I included a list of words that he knew a while ago. Now I can't even keep track of everything he can say. He can string words together, like "elmo diaper" "mama bed" "big tower" "more milk" "pretty flower". He knows a lot more verbs, "smell" "drink" "run" "jump" "color". He knows HUGE words like "alligator"... It's just amazing. He is so much more chill now that he can express himself, and tell us what he needs and wants. So great! He also knows the book One Fish, Two Fish pretty much by heart and can finish the last word of any of the rhymes. He gets so proud of himself when he does this. It's so cute.
It's good to be in Berkeley. They have so much more stuff for kids around here! Here's some petting zoo pics!
